The previous site lacked clear direction making it difficult for users to find what they need. If a user becomes frustrated when using a home builder’s website the bounce rate drastically increases.

To resolve this, Van Arbor Homes’ UX is designed to take users through a journey based on their preferred starting point. Once a user has selected a starting point, they are directed to a custom page designed for that type of person. This greatly increases the quality of leads coming through the site and provides a streamlined experience for potential buyers.

The UI was heavily influenced by the Van Arbor branding to improve brand recognition and a cohesive look from the website all the way to the experience they have in a Van Arbor show home.
